對(duì)于應(yīng)用于高達(dá)500℃的環(huán)境,合金供貨為退火狀態(tài)。

For applications up to 500℃ atmospheres,the alloy is supplied in an annealed state.
材料特性 Material Characteristics
1.在高達(dá)500℃的極高溫的水性介質(zhì)中具有出色的抗腐蝕性。
2.很好的抗應(yīng)力腐蝕的性能。
3.很好的加工性。
金相結(jié)構(gòu): 800H為面心立方晶格結(jié)構(gòu)。極低的碳含量和提高了的Ti:C比率增加了結(jié)構(gòu)的穩(wěn)定性和最大的抗敏化性以及抗晶間腐蝕性。
950C左右的低溫退火保證了細(xì)晶結(jié)構(gòu)。
耐腐蝕性: 800H能耐很多腐蝕介質(zhì)腐蝕。其較高的鎳含量使其在水性腐蝕條件具有很好的抗應(yīng)力腐蝕開(kāi)裂性能。高鉻含量使之具有更好的耐點(diǎn)腐蝕和縫隙腐蝕開(kāi)裂性能。該合金具有很好的耐硝酸、有機(jī)酸腐蝕性,但是在硫酸和鹽酸中的耐腐蝕性有限。除了在鹵化物有可能發(fā)生點(diǎn)腐蝕外,在氧化性和非氧化性鹽中有很好的耐腐蝕性。在水、蒸氣以及蒸汽、空氣、二氧化碳的混合物中也具有很好的耐腐蝕性。

Metallographic structure: Face-centered cubic lattice structure.Extremely low carbon content and increased Ti: C ratio increase structural stability and maximum resistance to sensitization and resistance to intergranular corrosion.
Low temperature annealing around 950C ensures a fine-grained structure.
Corrosion resistance: 800H is resistant to many corrosive media. Its higher nickel content makes it resistant to stress corrosion cracking in aqueous corrosion conditions. The high chromium content makes it better resistant to pitting and crevice corrosion cracking. The alloy has good resistance to the corrosion of nitric acid and organic acids, but has limited corrosion resistance in sulfuric acid and hydrochloric acid. In addition to the possibility of pitting corrosion in halides, it has good corrosion resistance in oxidizing and non-oxidizing salts. It also has good corrosion resistance in water, steam and mixtures of steam, air and carbon dioxide.
